Rwanda Safari Adventure itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali
On arrival, our representative will welcome and drive you by road to Volcanoes National park. The drive from Kigali to the Volcanoes Park offers very spectacular scenic view of Virunga Mountains is very spectacular scenic view of the Virunga .
Dinner and overnight stay at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge
Meal plan: Dinner

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking Rwanda & Ib’iwachu Cultural Village.
Enjoy an early morning breakfast and then transfer to the park headquarters for briefing before the start of your mountain gorilla trekking. Once you locate the gorillas you will spend at least an hour interacting with the mountain gorillas – take photographs as they feed or dramatically play around. After lunch visit Ib’iwachu Cultural Village and enjoy the real Rwanda Kinyarwanda cultural practices!
Dinner and overnight stay at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge

Day 3: Dian Fossey Hiking
After your breakfast undertake a hike to Karisoke Research Centre to witness the graveyard for the famous primatologist – The Late Dian Fossey. Later transfer to Lake Kivu for relaxation at the beach and stay an overnight at Lake Kivu Serena.

Day 4: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest
After your breakfast, you will then drive to southern Rwanda to Nyungwe forest national park.  You will have en route stopover for good for photography and adventure, as well as lunch. Reach Nyungwe in the evening for dinner and overnight at Nyungwe top view lodge

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking.
After breakfast transfer to the park headquarters to be briefed about the “dos and don’ts” while with the chimps in the forest. Your guide will transfer you to the starting point for Chimps tracking. Expect to encounter the chimps and many other primates like the black and white monkeys and various bird species along the trail.

Day 6: Colobus monkey tracking and canopy walk
Today after breakfast you will return to the forest park headquarters for briefing by the park warden for Colobus monkey. You begin the forest hike along with other visitors and park rangers following well tended trails to the colobus monkeys; alternatively a canopy walk is another highlight worth undertaking.
Dinner and overnight stay at Nyungwe top view lodge
Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 7: Kigali city tour and Departure.
Enjoy your breakfast and drive back to Kigali for your scheduled flight back home. Visit Murambi Memorial, Nyanza palace or Butare Museum enroute. In case you are to travel the following day, a city tour that includes visiting the handicrafts market and Gisozi genocide site would be optional.
