Rwanda Gorilla Trekking and Golden Monkey Trekking itinerary:
Day 1: Transfer to Parc National des Volcans the mountain gorillas park
Today, your driver/guide will pick you up from your hotel or airport and then drive you to Ruhengeri, Parc National des Volcans the home for the mountain gorillas in the mist. This is approximately a two and half hour drive.

Day 2: Rwanda mountain Gorilla trekking
Rise up early to prepare for the exhilarating day ahead by having your breakfast to energise you for your mountain gorilla trekking. You will then report to the park headquarters by 7:30am for a briefing about the dos and donts of your gorilla tracking experience.
You will then be accompanied on this unforgatable trek by knowledgable guides/rangers, offer you a wide overview on all the park residents. It is advisable to take a picnic lunch with you for the trek as time spent to locate the gorillas is unpredictable.

Day 3: Rwanda Golden monkey tracking
Today you will have another visit to Volcanoes park for another rare chance to trek the Golden monkeys. The golden monkeys are a rare species but worth visiting. Enjoy a morning trail through the park for the golden monkeys, these are charming and playful primates, you will find this very rewarding. Enjoy the rest of your evening and Overnight Lodge of choice
