Ashnil Samburu Camp

Ashnil Samburu Camp - Kenya safaris,  accommodation in Samburu

Located in Buffalo Springs National Reserve, part of the Samburu ecology, Ashnil Samburu Camp avails a mid-range accommodation for your safari in the wilds of Kenya, should you prefer a balance between quality and price. Positioned on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River, the camp offers you a strategic location to serve as a base for exploring many natural treasures during your wilderness trip in East Africa. The 30 hexagon tents with a private deck offer practically 360-degree views of the bush and river where animals come to drink and graze.

Choose from eighteen doubles, nine twin beds or three with triple beds based on your group or family size. Inside it, you will find a small siting area and dressing table with chairs, side tables, luggage rack, shoulder-height wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a nice shower cubicle guarded by a frosted glass door. Consider the location of your tent on the property while choosing your tent. While there is a stone path that leads to the common area, some guest tents require a longer walk. As such, you may prefer a tent closer to the main areas should you be planning a family holiday at Samburu National Reserve or if you have limited mobility.

Safari Destinations

Zanzibar Beach

Just like Tanzania, Zanzibar is three hours in the advance of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+3). It doesn't operate daylight saving time, and consequently there's no time difference between Zanzibar's summer and winter months.

Discover Uganda

Uganda is a truly “authentic” safari destination - definitely less sophisticated than Tanzania or Kenya in terms of infrastructure and not in the same “big game” league, but equally untouched and as genuine as Africa gets.
Uganda’s gorillas, chimps, birds and the wider range of special-interest attractions (from butterflies to orchids) makes it a perfect match for first timers and seasoned African visitors alike.

Visit Tanzania

Tanzania home to Africa's most dramatic and famous features.  Fantastic wildlife, stunning scenery and idyllic beaches Tanzania is virtually unrivalled in terms of wildlife population and diversity. From the biggest African plains, the Serengeti, to the highest African mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro, to the deepest African Lake Tanganyika.
Pemba offers classic tropical beaches to those wanting to get away from the crowds, whilst the Selous Game Reserve never disappoints those looking for lion and elephant!
